Ventoxx Timeline

2011 – The registration of Reventa™.

  • The production of the first reversible ventilators with heat recovery in Ukraine, based on a ceramic heat exchanger, was launched.
  • Opening of the first manufacturing workshop.
  • Registration of the patent for the manufactured product.
  • The first participation of the company in the exhibition and acquaintance of the public with the manufactured product in Ukraine, the Facade exhibition in Dnepropetrovsk.
  • Opening its own electronics workshop.

2012 – Reventa RV-3, that was the name of the first unit. They have undergone changes that allowed us to increase the efficiency of the units from 84% to 91% heat recovery.

  • Opening of the first office in Kharkiv.
  • The new Reventa RV-3-S model went on sale. This model allowed us to install our systems in houses with thin walls with thickness from 150 mm. Such a solution is still unique in the market.
  • Participation in the construction exhibitions in Kharkiv and Dnepropetrovsk.
  • Beginning of sales to neighboring countries.

2013 – Release of the new fresh air heat recovery unit, Reventa RV-3-H.

  • This model is interesting because it has a hidden installation that means there is no outer cover on the outside and the air duct comes out in the window jamb. It is a unique solution!
  • Expansion of the production area.
  • The emergence of our company’s representative office in Kyiv and the region.

2014 – Obtaining the European quality certificate, CE certificate for the Reventa product line. The first shipment of our products abroad to Estonia took place.

2015 – The first wholesale trade to Moldova and Estonia took place.

  • To improve the design and ease of installation of our devices, the company produced its first-ever compound pipe mold developed by a Ventoxx engineer.
  • The first official noise tests in a certified laboratory were performed and a certificate was issued.

2016 – Rebranding. Reventa™ was replaced by the new Ventoxx™. The new company got its name from two words, “ventilation” and “oxi” (oxygen in Latin).

  • Registration of the new company, named Ventoxx LLC. Registration and opening of the Ventoxx GmbH company in Germany.
  • First wholesale sales in Germany and EU countries, such as Poland, Lithuania and Slovakia.
  • The first major projects in Germany: from cottage villages, where all houses were equipped with Ventoxx HRV, to apartment buildings.
  • Obtaining the European quality certificate for the new name of the decentralized heat recovery units.
  • Participation of the company in projects financed by European funds, using our products in public institutions.

2017 – The first tests of Ventoxx HRVs in the European Union (Germany) for compliance with the declared performance and percentage of recovery in our decentralized heat recovery units. Obtaining an Energy label certificate and complete confirmation of the declared data.

  • Opening of the first office in Germany.
  • Participation in the first construction exhibition in Germany.
  • Registration of the Ventoxx™ in Ukraine and the EU.
  • Websites launched: Ventoxx.com, Ventoxx.eu, Ventoxx.de, Ventoxx.pl.
  • Laboratory tests of Ventoxx products were conducted to obtain the certificate of conformity in Ukraine.
  • Obtaining a Sanitary and Epidemiological Service Certificate.
  • Participation in specialized exhibitions in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Odesa, Dnipro and Zaporizhzhya.
  • Launch of a new product line, Ventoxx Champion, which will eventually become a hit of sales in Ukraine.
  • Expansion of our production capacities.
  • Participation in the first construction exhibition in Kharkiv, organized by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry – Build & Energy, after which the company has become a permanent partner of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

2018 – The launch of new production lines for the new HRV model.

  • Obtaining a Ukrainian certificate of conformity.
  • First participation in the construction exhibition with the presentation of our product in Lithuania. Participation in the construction exhibition in Germany.
  • The company launches in the market as a completely new Ventoxx Energy unit. It is a central unit with the possibility of routing air ducts.
  • Office expansion in a new office center in Kharkiv.

2019 – The launch of the online store of energy-efficient ventilation, ventoxx.ua.

  • Logo update and rebranding of the decentralized heat recovery unit models.
  • Restructuring of the company and organization of work according to European standards of project management.

2020 – Expansion of the staff to 25 people (Kharkiv) and moving to a more spacious and more comfortable office.

  • Possibility of free delivery and deferred payment of products.
  • Launch of the Energy Efficient Ventilation Youtube channel.
  • Participation in a series of webinars for the representatives of apartment buildings co-owners association.
  • Development of a new mold for components of our own production.

  • Over 100 modern offices, whose employees take advantage of fully automatic Ventoxx ventilation.
